Jesse Goodall

Managing Partner 

Jesse Goodall is an inspirational leader and mentor who passionately believes in providing those he works with the tools they need to achieve their goals and find personal fulfillment in their lives. This combined with years of successful sales and recruiting experience in the industry makes Jesse a perfect fit to lead the Silver Oak Financial team in Pittsburgh as Managing Partner.

Jesse, a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh, joined the industry immediately out of college to develop a deeper understanding of finance and sales, but found himself even more drawn to the world of financial services than expected when he saw what an impact a career in the field could make both on clients as well as financial professionals themselves. With his passion to help others guiding him, Jesse quickly become one of the top recruiting Sales Managers at Northwestern Mutual. During his time with the company, he earned the recognition of a Certified Trainer and Master Coach. Looking to broaden his horizons, Jesse later joined MassMutual, where he once again was an influential leader that made a great impact on the firm’s recruiting efforts. As a Sales Manager with MassMutual, Jesse established a dynamic College Intern program, receiving the MassMutual Field Leadership Trophy in 2019.

After over a decade working with large financial institutions, Jesse decided to transition into working independently. He believes the independence from larger organizations allows for more freedom for both himself and his team to build their businesses as well as best serve their clients.

Outside of work, Jesse and his wife, Emily, enjoy golfing, supporting the arts and working with local charities. He has endeavored to give back to the community, receiving the Cystic Fibrosis 50 Finest award in 2013.

I am a proud University of Pittsburgh alumni with eight years experience in customer service, sales, marketing, and networking with customers in order to provide them with the best possible experience.  I am a former restaurant owner, and still maintain an ownership position with my family wine cellar.  The restaurant industry taught me some very valuable career and life skills that I believe will benefit me going forward in my position with Silver Oak.

 

In my career with Silver Oak, I hope to assist individuals with planning their finances to give them the peace of mind they deserve.  I also am very excited to meet a new network of people and be able to use my outgoing personality and hard-working attitude to achieve both my professional goals as well as helping people with their futures.

 

I graduated in 2015 from the University of Pittsburgh with a degree in communications.  Over the years, I have maintained a very close relationship with the university, especially Pitt Athletics.  My family business partnered with Pitt for advertising purposes, and I was fortunate enough to meet some fantastic people through that experience.  Over the years, we have teamed with Pitt basketball for fundraising events focusing on supporting the ALS association.  Our volunteer efforts have raised thousands of dollars that we donated in full to the ALS Association, Western PA Chapter.

 

In my spare time, I enjoy doing a variety of things.  The most important thing to me is spending time with my big family, especially my 10 nieces and nephews.  I also enjoy watching sports, spending time outdoors, fishing, and listening to music.  I love trying new restaurants, small and locally owned places are my favorites to support!  I’m extremely outgoing, I love meeting new people and forming connections both on a personal and professional level. 


Caleb Jacobson

Financial Planning 

Caleb Jacobson is a Financial Planner with Silver Oak Financial. He graduated from the University of Pittsburgh with a degree in Finance, minor in Economics, and certificates in Business Analytics and Leadership & Ethics. Caleb comes with work experience at several different companies, including The Walt Disney Company and Thread International.

I am very passionate about being able to help others on their path to financial success and freedom. I want to see others have the capabilities to live their lives the way they want to. If I can be of any help to them on their journey to success and freedom, that is what success looks like to me. I want to be someone a client can come to any time they have an issue that they may need help with, and I can be a resource for them throughout their entire financial journey.

When Caleb is not working with clients, he can often be found either on the golf course or watching a game.


Arsenio Williams

Arsenio Williams, a financial professional with exceptional skills, offers expertise in financial planning and strategy.

Arsenio, a native of Michigan, graduated from Saginaw High School.  In his capacity, he is committed to providing clients with personalized and comprehensive financial solutions that align with their individual needs and objectives. Arsenio's ambition is fueled by the desire to leverage technology's limitless potential and data analytics' precision to optimize financial decision-making, driven relentlessly to integrate cutting-edge technology with in-depth analysis for financial excellence.

David Russell

President of Worksite Solutions

Dave Russell is Silver Oak Financial’s President of Worksite Sales and Consulting. Dave specializes in working with businesses of all sizes to build customized benefits plans. The goal of Dave’s work is to provide a safety net and security to both employees and business owners in time of need as well as help recruit and retain key employees. Additionally, Dave is responsible for training the Silver Oak Financial Worksite Team for success along with exposing new and career agents to the worksite vision.

With over 40 years of sales experience, Dave has passionately spent 14 of those years in the financial services industry. Each time Dave gets the opportunity to work with a business owner, he is committed to getting to know their business’s unique needs and ensure they are not only operating in the most efficient way, but also protecting their employees and families. During his time in the industry, Dave obtained the People Development Award (2022), the Pace setter Award (2022) for setting the national pace for company premium per policy, and Agency Manager of the Year Award (2022) for the most successful district in Pennsylvania – all with Colonial Life.
Outside of work Dave enjoys spending time with his daughter. If you don’t find them horseback riding, boating, or camping, you’ll likely see them soaking up the sun at their favorite spot - the beach!
